Ferozepur, May 27, 2013: AGREED Foundation – a NGO committed to environment and education development, in a campaign to distribute new and old clothes to the poor students, received clothes for more than 1500 children, including 300 new shirts and suits.
Giving information in this regard, Dr. Satinder Singh, President and Mohinder Pal Singh, Project Chairman said, the clothes were distributed to the needy children in the villages on the Indo-Pak border area of Gatti Rajo Ke, Tendi Wala, Bare Ke, Hussainiwala Workshop, Hazare Wala Jhuge, Gatti Rahime Ke besides in Basti Gol Bagh, Loombriwala, Basti Tankan Wali students of Primary Schools.
The students who are economically sound, were also motivated to come forward to help the poor and needy students. The students and teachers of Dev Samaj Model High School, DC Model International School, Aruj Jyoti Schoo, SD Sr.Sec.School also contributed in this project.
