Ludhiana, May 24, 2013: Employees of Hero DMCH Heart Institute were recently felicitated by the Managing Society for their outstanding contribution in their respective fields.
Vice-President of DMCH Managing Society Gian Chan Dhawan and Amrit Nagpal gave away mementos to the selected employees.
In her address, Taniya Thind from HR Department, HDHI said that recognising and appreciating the employee’s performances was very important to keep them motivated and have job satisfaction. Now-a-days, recognition of work is considered more important to improving employee morale, performance and loyalty than a simple cash bonus.
Dr. Vivek Gupta said that sincere and hard working employees were considered to be the real assets of an organisation. They comprised of the manpower behind the success of an organisation, he said, adding this made it very important to motivate the employees from time to time and boost their morale on a regular basis.
