Ferozepur, April 20, 2013: The Guruharsahai police have booked 11 persons for allegedly attacking the police team at village Bulla Rai Hittar.
According to ASI Gurjant Singh, as per the statement given by ASI In-charge Golu Ka Maur, Gurlal Sinbgh, Rajinder Kumar, Sarwan Kumar of Mohan Ke Hittar had brought the combine machine for harvesting of wheat crop but Chiman Singh and others refused to do so and a complaint to this effect was lodged with the police by Rajinder Kumar and Sarwan Kumar.
When the police party reached the spot to take stock of the situation, Chiman Singh, Satnam Singh and others allegedly attacked on the police team.
The police after registration of the case have started investigating into the matter and no arrest has so far been made in this case.
However, the affected party has denied the charges of attacking the police team.
