A large number of NGOs and Traffic police jointly seen making a human chain for creating awareness against drug menace in Ludhiana on Thursday.

Ludhiana, January 10, 2013: A large number of NGOs and Traffic police jointly take out a rally against drug menace in the city today.
Those who participated built a human chain from Bharat Nagar Chowk to Aarti Chowk. They were holding play cards carrying slogans against drug menace.
Participants included municipal councillors and their supporters, shopkeepers and volunteers of a significant number of NGOs from across the city.
Commissioner of Police Ludhiana Ishwar Singh and City Mayor Harcharan Singh Gohalwaria also visited there and created awareness against drug menace.
