Ludhiana, March 28, 2013: The festival of Holi was celebrated with a great enthusiasm in Ludhiana and other parts of the state on Wednesday.
Group of the youths were seen moving on two wheelers and open four wheelers while playing with the multi colours in lanes and roads in the city. They were seen blowing whistles as a mark of joy.
What to speak of children, even the youths and elders enthusiastically participated in the festivity.
