Ludhiana, March 9, 2013: Akme Projects Limited, the flagship company of the Anil Nanda Group, is handing over its first Independent Floor in Akme’s Township at Ludhiana.
The event was graced by Helmut Nanz, owner of renowned business house, Nanz Gruppe in Germany and a foreign investor in Akme.
“India has great potential in real estate. City of Ludhiana is recognised world-over and we have big plans to enhance our investment in this well known NRI City of Punjab”,said Nanz while handing over keys to the proud owners, Davinder Singh Panaser.
‘Akme Polis’ is the mega township being developed by Akme at 'Ludhiana- Chandigarh Highway (NH95), Village Jandiali, Ludhiana. Akme is one of the initial developers to introduce the concept of Independent Floors in a gated communicated which shall offer world class facilities to its residents.
