Train halt at Guruharsahai by Hindu Activists.
Ferozepur, September 24, 2014: Condemning the recent incident at Malerkotla where carcasses (said to be of cows) were recovered on September 10, the Members of Shri Bal Gopal Gau Seva Society, Ferozepur, held protest at Railway Crossing, Tankan Wali Basti, Ferozepur Cantt. The members of the society also halt Ferozepur-Jalandhar DMU for few hours and raised slogans against cow slaughterers.
Manish Sharma, member of the society, said that several Hindu organization are holding protest by halting trains today to show their resentment over the recent incident at Malerkotla and against cow slaughtering. Manish Sharma said that it is the time for the Hindus to come forward and save their “Mata”. The members including Manish Sharma, Rohit Devgan, Aarav Atwal, Pankaj Sharma, Ashwini Sharma and others, also uttered Shri Hanuman Chalisa at the Railway Crossing. Manish Sharma and others demanded the arrest of main culprits behind the scene.
Hundreds of Hindu activists were converged at the Guruharsahai Railway Station and halt Ferozepur-Fazilka passenger train for more than one and half hour. Hindu Activists Rajinder Bhateja , Raja Kumar, Udik Chand Bindra and others demanded that if, the government will not tighten the noose against cow slaughters, the agitation will become more aggressive.
A DMU from Hoshiarpur-Ferozepur was also halted by Hindu activists for few hours at Makhu also. The activists were raising anti-Hindu elements and cow slaughters.
It is pertinent to mention here that on 10th September, 2014, few carcasses (said to be of cow) were recovered from few places at Malerkotla, which was strongly condemned by various Hindu organisations. Two persons, belonged to Bihar, were arrested by the police but Hindu activists were not happy over their arrest and were demanding to arrest the real culprits.
