Chandigarh, September 19, 2014: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today visited the residence of Punjab & Haryana High Court Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Mohunta to share condolences with the bereaved family on the sad demise of his mother Usha Mohunta (83), who breathed her last here this morning after a brief illness.
Disclosing this here today, a spokesperson of CMO said that the Chief Minister expressed his heart felt sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to them to bear huge loss in this hour of grief.
It may be recalled that Usha Mohunta wife of late S.C.Mohunta (former Advocate General, Haryana and Ex-Member of Parliament) is survived by two sons Justice Ashutosh Mohunta and Sunil Mohunta.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by the Punjab Advocate General Ashok Aggarwal and his Special Principal Secretary Gaggandip Singh Brar.
