Ferozepur, September 11, 2014: “The BSF sentinels are ever vigilant and ready to face any challenge thrown at them. The motto of the BSF is to protect the motherland from any kind of threat and our brave soldiers deployed at Border will leave no stone unturned to fulfill it”, it was stated by R K Thapa, DIG, Ferozepur Sector during a press conference.
When asked about the ongoing construction work of Visitors’ Gallery, Thapa said that the construction work will be finished till December this year. He said that the newly constructed visitors’ gallery will prove a tourist attraction. He said that besides the visitors’ gallery, a new car parking area, multi facilitated food plaza will also be constructed.
The DIG said that the BSF always try to cooperate with those farmers whose land falls inside the fence. But they cannot allow anyone to take any unnecessary advantage.
