Chandigarh, April 17, 2014: The Punjab government has today promoted Rajinder Singh, 1982 Batch IPS officer and S K Sharma, 1983 batch IPS officer in the rank of Director General of Police in the pay scale of HAG + Rs75,500-80,000 with immediate effect.
