Chandigarh, April 13, 2014: The Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President, Partap Singh Bajwa, today felicitated the people on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi and extended them warm greetings.
In his message, Bajwa said it was on this day that the Tenth Lord, Guru Gobind Singh, founded the Khalsa Panth which was a social revolution to create a classless and casteless society and preach universal brotherhood and welfare of entire humanity.
