Chandigarh, January 17, 2014:The Punjab government has issued instructions to all the employees working in Punjab civil secretariat 1 & 2 at Chandigarh to update their address and contact numbers.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the general administration said that it has been noticed that the home address and contact numbers of many employees have changed and they have yet not updated their new address and contact numbers. He said that wrong addresses cause hindrance while contacting an employee during emergency.
He said that employees have been asked to send a hard copy of complete updated information to the civil control room, room no. 4 and soft copy at ccr_pcs@yahoo.com within one week.
