Chandigarh, December 11, 2013: Surjit Singh Rakhra, Rural Development and Panchayat Minister today gave away appointment letters to 19 Junior Engineers.
Speaking on the occasion, Rakhra said that all the appointments have been made purely on merit. He exhorted the newly officers to work with full dedication and sincerity.
