Chandigarh, September 4, 2013: Punjab Government in a communiqué to all the departments has directed to act timely on the orders passed by the Punjab & Haryana High Court in various cases.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that letter has been issued in this regard to all departments to submit consolidated reports in specific Performa to their Administration Department regarding action taken by the departments on the orders passed by the Punjab & Haryana High Court on the writ petitions and judgments on which action has not be taken till now.
Spokesperson further said that updated reports regarding this information should be sent monthly on regular basis to the Administration department.
