A man gets his eyesight checked at HDFC Bank's Mata Rani Chowk branch at Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, August 10, 2013: HDFC Bank Ltd. is conducting free eye-care camps at 5 of its branches in Ludhiana starting August 12, as part of its Live Healthy programme.
Visitors can walk into the branches to check their eyesight between 10 am and 4 pm at the one-day camps. HDFC Bank has tied up with Vasan Eye Care Hospital in Ludhiana to arrange these camps, which are open to its customers as well as to the general public.
The detailed schedule of when different branches will conduct the camps is being provided with this news-report. The 5 eye-care camps follow the recent success of a similar camp by HDFC Bank at Mata Rani Chowk in Ludhiana, where approximately 100 people availed of the free eye check. These camps come under the umbrella of HDFC Bank Live Healthy programme. Through this initiative the bank has successfully conducted various types of health camps at its branches across India.
