Yes. Widespread banners carrying the message “Rahul Gandhi Zindabad” are seen displayed across Himachal Pradesh on Rahul’s becoming vice president of Congress. The party men are seen enthused after they learnt about the new responsibility given to Rahul who has been holding the post of the party general secretary till now. It has been observed that morale of the party men in Himachal Pradesh is seen further boosted since they learnt about Rahul becoming the Congress vice president. They believe that Rahul will surely bring a new change in the party with a new vision in the future.
