Ludhiana, June 28, 2013: Aam Aadmi Party Ludhiana today extends hands of help towards victims of Uttarakhand by sending huge number of clothes, Grocery, blankets and quilts and other needed goods to Uttarakhand.
All the goods were gathered by party volunteers. The goods contain 100 blankets, 11 quilts; diesel worth Rs 5100, pillows, sweaters, clothes, biscuits and other numerous needy goods has been sent.
All the goods have been sent to relief camps being organised by Aam Aadmi Party Uttarakhand unit at Haridwar and other places. It is to be noteworthy that National Executive Members and senior faces of the party Kumar Vishwas and Sanjay Singh is leading the rescue work by themselves volunteering from last week in Uttarakhand.
On this occasion, Bahadur Singh Senior active member of AAP Ludhiana said that we are doing our bit towards healing the huge damages which have occurred in Uttarakhand. Ajay Mittal AAP District Executive member said that they have received huge response from all members towards this nobel cause and pledge that AAP will do it’s every possible bit whenever and wherever the humanity demands. On this occasion, District Convenor Ramesh Singla, Kamal Saini, Sandeep Singla, Dupinder Kaur, Anil Pandey, Gagandeep Kaur, Gurpreet Kaur, Harmeet Kaur, Paramjeet Singh and other party volunteers were present on this occasion.
